after OS updates getting "urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error [SSL: DH_KEY_TOO_SMALL] dh key too small (_ssl.c:1124)>" this is on Ubuntu 20.10

@tgorgdotcom this seems like the same problem reported in the earlier "connection error reset" issue, I reported. Seems to be isolated problem to Ubuntu.
