He has gone full monkey mode. Have you used the cutscene mod created by ARandomGuy by any chance? He was having issues where it would only work on extremely specific setups, this is probably the fault of the encoding that he used and not the mod loader. ( This causes issues where the game doesnt boot or crashes upon start up)
