[Bug]: Unable to upload and download in 1.7.0

Hi,

I just update to 1.7.0 and there are issue to download and upload files.

This log is teldrive docker, duringupload files, with rclone cli:

Repoduction

Copy with rclone, from my local storage, to teldrive storage, launched in another machine into the local network, with w11.

.\rclone.exe copy "L:\MYLOCALFILES" "teldrive:/MYBACKUP" --progress --verbose --multi-thread-streams 8 --checkers=16 --fast-list --multi-thread-write-buffer-size 32M --multi-thread-chunk-size 64M --buffer-size 64M

I am having a similar issue. am able to download but not upload
