No snap version

It would be interesting for all the Linux users to have a snap version. Need help on this?

I did an RPM and DEB package last summer: https://github.com/tfutils/tfenv/issues/197 I will give it a go and try to do a snap version as well.

I am unfamiliar with snap. As per the discussion on #197, if snap is likely to install the tool for a given user's environment, then it's probably valuable, whether it should live in this repo or elsewhere, if it's designed for a system-wide install I'm less convinced.

@tcarrondo thoughts?
