Ext does not save URL in Chromium on Ubuntu

Version Information

  • Chromium Version 71.0.3578.80 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu
  • Running on Ubuntu 18.04 (64-bit)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click the extension, select options
  2. Enter the https://octobox.io URL
  3. Press Enter
  4. Close the settings window
  5. Go Back to the settings, URL is blank again.
  6. Read that the Notifications link is supposed to link to Octobox, still opens default GH notifications.

What I Expected

  • Octobox to open up after pressing the GH notifications bell in the GH interface.

Same problem. Only mine is Chrome 74.0.3729.108 on OSX Mojave 10.14.4.
