docs-infra: ReadMe headers in TOC

(re insert_readme_in_docs) How? well :). Parse w/ CommonMark, _before_ `makedocs`. Extract just the headers (stripped of unsupported stuff if present..) And put just those in `src-mod/index.md` stub. hehe.
