Persist logs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm using Organize in Docker, and I have it set in Portainer to just keep restarting so it can do file actions constantly. I noticed that the logs for Organize don't appear in Dozzle, and I can only look at the logs through Docker or Portainer. Is there any way to persist the logs somewhere so I can review what happened in case something unexpected happens?

Describe alternatives you've considered I can look in Portainer but with my setup it keeps refreshing and scrolling me back up.
