Yes this is possible with the `filecontent` filter: https://organize.readthedocs.io/en/latest/page/filters.html#filecontent But I have to admit writing the regex is not as nice as easy as defining the hazel pattern.

When I ran my first rule on the Downloads folder the system asked me whether I'd like to give access. Maybe you have to add organize to "Full disk access"...
Very strange, I suspect it's caused by gatekeeper or sandboxing. My Mac is too old for Monterey, maybe anybody else can help?
