Change permissions of the extension to only work on game sites, or allow a whitelist

This addon causes slowdown on a lot of non-gaming related sites. There is no reason why the extension needs access to all websites given that not all websites have steam links.

I am assuming good faith in this particular instance, so I am filing this issue in the hopes it gets resolved.

Its impossible to know beforehand if a page will or won't have a link. There's been some efforts to improve the performance so there shouldn't be any slowdown anymore.

And I'm also planning to implement a blacklist and whitelist. The priority is on the blacklist though.
