Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a baker I want to be able to pay in advance occasionally. (Assuming manual payouts only) E.g. my time schedule is too busy to handle payout in the 3 day period of next cycle so I would like to pay in advance.

Describe the solution you'd like Being able to set NB_FREEZE_CYCLE to specific value.

Describe alternatives you've considered Adding ability to set release_override to positive value which would be used to substract NB_FREEZE_CYCLE accordingly. But this feels like overcomplicating the release_override.

Additional context I tried to pay in advance changing network config in the Constants.py but that did not take an effect. I was able to pay in advance by editing preserved_cycles in NetworkConfiguration.py. But it would be nice to be able to specify this through parameter. 🙂
