update arweave v1.10 -> v1.12 + bug fix

arweave now append the content-type header to the config option so passing it to arweave.api.post() was breaking

Hi Ross,

It is an issue from arweave npm package related to the repository arweave-js if I'm not mistaken somewhere.

I have tested the fix here

please test against latest arweave-js arweave v1.12.4 this should mitigate the issue. if not, could you open an Issue or PR in the arweave-js repo?
