Posting photo while offline

Describe the bug Posting photo while offline get stuck on uploading.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Put your phone in Airplane Mode
2. Post new photo (One that doesn't show up in "Recent Photos") to some group / thread.
3. See how upload never finishes.

Expected behavior I would expect upload to finish even while offline.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: iPhoneX
• OS: iOS 12.3

Additional context Posting message after pending image also seems to result in message being posted prior to the image.

Somewhat broader point but it is unclear what upload supposed to communicate with users. I think it's far more useful to communicate how far posted image / message has being propagated. Meaning if thread has 5 participants (including posting device) IMO it is more useful to communicate that 0 participants have received it, 2 participants (1 cafe, 1 friend) has received it.

Right now, the progress bar shows the progress of uploading the image to a cafe via the internet. We plan to expand the user interface to give more information about the various states of completion (added locally, shared, backed up remotely, etc.).
