Add More Options For Creating Groups/Threads

Right now, the app creates every thread/group with the same configuration settings, and users can only specify the name of the new thread they are creating. Long-term, there will likely be several places to create groups in the application, and they will need to support different configuration options. The action and saga for creating threads in PhotoViewingRedux and PhotoViewingSagas should be extended to optionally support more configuration options.
