Read key should be optional

Currently, threads must have a follow and read key. However, there are plenty of cases where the author just doesn't care about encryption. No need to waste CPU cycles in those cases.

I guess this goes beyond just a read key right? No need for a one-time key, or even the follower key at that stage. What are the implications for ACL access in that case though?

Ah yeah, can kick the one-time key too. I think we'll want to keep the follow key as it's baked into the sharing mechanics.
