Contact activity API

In the app, there are a few places where it would be handy to query by contact Id and get back a summary of recent activity.

For example, in the Contact card, it would be nice to show a summary of their recent shares, likes, comments. A flexible API here could be handy, but to start just a limit, paging API by Contact would go really far.

Perhaps different and just part of the IContact, a recently active timestamp would help in some places to prioritize which contacts to surface higher.

oh to clarify, these are all for contacts you are already sharing with, of course if you weren't part of any of the same groups, you wouldn't know any of the above.
