Startup Spash-Screen is very annoying on macos

On macos the startup spash screen brings itself in the front every one or two seconds. Since startup of TeXstudio takes quite a while (30 seconds or or more?) it is virtually impossible to continue to work while TeXstudio starts. Clicking into another app and trying to work there last for 1 or 2 seconds until TeXstudio's spash screen brings itself into the foreground.

Feature request: let TeXstudio stay in background once it has been set to backgrouond. Do do not re-create the splash screen.

Remark: I have this behaviour on macos, I do not know it it exists on other platforms. If so, please update this feature request.

This is not the case with win 10 (for me).
