Describe the feature and the current behavior/state

When drag-dropping & copy-pasting spreadsheets from LO Calc, the tabular wizard appears with the data in it: great!

It would be nice to first let the user choose whether or not he wishes to benefit from this feature.

Who will benefit with this feature?

Anyone who wants to instead paste the data as it is (e.g. in a filecontents environment).
