option to disable bibliography references

Describe the feature and the current behavior/state

when i hover over something, i dont want any help/balloon as this is only distracting to me. unfortunately, it seems like there is no way to disable that for biblatex references. when i have a \parencite{blah}, and move the mouse over it, it always prints information about blah - all other help texts are disabled

Who will benefit with this feature?

all persons that get distracted when suddenly popups appear
