HTML export of unhandled tags

Tables are currently (f1332bba6d0d23d3448921acc8ae3ddf905659f7) exported as HTML. This is not specific to hugo, or Goldmark, but of any renderer which supports html. Other tags that can be exported as html are:

  • names
  • underline
  • colors
  • font sizes
  • and a long etc.

Either we pick a few or we just delegate conversion of any unknown environment to the html converter if some option is set.
