(Suggestion) Checkbox to shorten waiting times (items dialog boxes and transitions)

I always found super metroid to be a great speed game to watch, but it's unfortunate that there's so much waiting in the game for every item you get. Would it be possible to have a feature to have a checkbox to make these dialog pauses be cancel-able much earlier to reduce the wait time?, i think it would make runs much more dynamic, and maybe for tournaments it would probably do more good since there's tons of dead time in the game and possibly it would get more dynamic and fun to watch specially in a tournament setting where i am pretty sure even the runners would probably welcome it.

Or possibly also a checkbox to make door transitions go faster than normal (Although this could make some tricks get even trickier to do) I am not sure how controversial these changes could be for the community so that's why i am suggesting it as an optional thing. I saw a TAS that cuts out all of the waiting times from doors and items, and there's around 25 whole minutes of waiting, (at least for 100% but still it would save a lot of real time for any%)

Removing item fanfares, speeding up doors and things similar to that are planned features and will be implemented when the "optional patches" feature is completed. I don't have any timeframe for when it'll be done but it's certainly on the radar and something I want to get done sooner than later.

Just a small note, if you add an option for removing item fanfare, could you also add an option for speeding them? Like iinstead of 6 seconds it's 2 or 3 seconds. :)
