I'm using the correct ROMs.

Zelda no Densetsu - Kamigami no Triforce.sfc Super Metroid.sfc

What the fuck!? This worked months ago and not it's not working!

There's been some similar issues and it's probably caused by the javascript patcher being a bit odd in some cases, this will be looked at when integrating the V30 ALTTP codebase. A possible fix for issues like this can be to use the browser in incognito mode and see if that works.
