Initial_EDA.ipynb results not reproducible

Currently working on Python 3.6.8, Numpy 1.16.4, Matplotlib 3.0.3, Pandas 0.24.2. The images generated are not as distinct as the ones in the notebook. Scaling does not take place properly and image is mostly white due to small values of the image pixels in the range of 10e-4. Does this have anything to do with the library downgrades?
