Work well in Xcode15 by modifying the project label:dependencies

Tuxedo Playground doesn't work as it stands. The following modifications make it work well:

1. Delete the Scripts Group.
2. Create a Tuxedo Scheme.
3. Add the Package Dependency, Eval.
