Feature request: implement wavy line drawing capability

Currently, ggarrow offers the ability to draw straight and curvy lines. It would be incredibly useful to extend the package functionality to include the ability to create wavy lines. I believe this feature would add significant value to ggarrow and make it an even more powerful tool for a variety of users.
