[Bug]: Testsigma Server won't run on Windows with space on path

Is there an existing issue for this?

What is the current behavior?

TestsigmaServer\ start.bat will have problem running on Windows with space on path example, C:\Users\Home Laptop\My Testsigma Server\TestsigmaServer.start

current script will see it only as C:\Users\Home

What is the expected behavior?

script should see it as C:\Users\Home Laptop\My Testsigma Server\TestsigmaServer.start

Steps To Reproduce

To reproduce:

1. extract Community Edition on Windows with space on Path (C:\Users\Home Laptop\My Testsigma Server\)
2. run TestsigmaServer\start.bat
