Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Support labels assignment at test sync

Describe the solution you'd like accepts label with TESTOMATIO_SYNC_LABELS env var

Additional context It's already supported in pytest implementation of the testomatio sync https://github.com/testomatio/pytestomatio/blob/master/pytestomatio/connect/connector.py#L48
