Support for description in the Test Plan and Test Run

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. TestPlan and TestRuns might be supported with additional documentation we create somewhere else.

Describe the solution you'd like In order to keep things under a single roof, it would be great to add a description field (with advanced edit mode) to Test Plan (as a must-have) and to Test Run (as a nice to have)

Additional context I remember well how much I liked Testomatio when I saw there was a user onboarding page - REAMDE that I can define myself. I wish I could add README to Test Plan and Test Run
