Test plans: exclude by tag filter
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We have tests that not always we want in our test runs. I usually mark them with a specific tag. I'm asking for an exclude filter functionality in test plan creation page.
Describe the solution you'd like A filter 'Exclude by Tag' next to 'Select by Tag' that would extract tests of a specific tag from the scope of already selected tests.
