Ability to customize sorting of the tests at user settings level

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A user may need to use some custom tests filters, for example, date of creation, date of update, name, and others. The key is to show to user tests in the preferable order. Give users the ability to choose view order.

Such feature could be particularly useful in a test plan. I would say even custom order (set by drag and drop) would be ideal. So that test cases could be arranged in the way that it is most optimal to execute them
