Custom Fields ('Number' type): No error or tooltip after entering invalid symbols.

Describe the bug When invalid symbols are entered in a custom field of the 'Number' type, no error message or tooltip is displayed to alert the user.

To Reproduce

1. Go to the Tests tab
2. Select any existing folder/suite/test
3. Click on the Set labels button
4. Type invalid symbols, such as +, in the Custom fields: Number type field

Expected behavior UI validation should display an error message that clearly states which values or symbols are not acceptable in the field.
