Describe the bug Jira status type dropdown is empty and get 500 status code error when create jira ticket

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any testomat case
2. Click on '...' button and choose +Create issue 3.Choose project and open jira issue type dropdown

Actual result: Issue type list dropdown is empty

Expected reuslt: Issue type list dropdown includes all types
