Describe the bug User is not able to add a few expected results for one action as the unordered or numbered list, in this case second expected result saved as the next action when using 'Edit steps' feature

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Tests
2. Open any test case and add Steps title
3. Click 'Edit Steps' button near the Steps title
4. Add a few expected results as the unordered or numbered list for one action
5. Click Save button
6. Check the display of saved actions and ER on Test case preview page

Expected behavior User should be able to add a few expected results for one action as the unordered or numbered list when using 'Edit steps' feature
