Describe the solution you'd like After project creation/upgrading, the project manager can export the project (with all attachments) to GitLab.

Users need to import manual tests via CLI and git control manual tests to maintain version control. Users would like to import manual tests via cli, we want to keep, modify / write them in an .md file and have them sync to testomat. They would make changes to the manual test cases in git. If we mark manual tests as automated we would use the UI in this case.
