Tag is not visible on the test cases until page reload if it was added on the test suite level

Description of the bug If a tag was added on the test suite level, this tag is visible only next to the test suite name, but is not visible on the test cases until the page is reloaded.

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a test suite with test cases
2. Add a tag to the test suite
3. Check the test cases for absence of the tag
4. Reload the page and open the test suite

Expected behavior The tag is present on the test cases immeadiately and the page reload is not needed
