doc: update CONTRIBUTING.md

What:

As my first contribution (ever) on an open source project, I decided to:

  • update the egghead link which is actually broken.

  • update the git command to create branches (git switch is more accurate I think, according to the git documentation, but it is a simple proposition)

  • [x] Documentation

  • [x] Ready to be merged
