testcontainers-rs crate missing README and LICENSE files since 0.14

On crates.io, the testcontainers crate is missing README and LICENSES files since 0.14 (see https://crates.io/crates/testcontainers/versions). I'd like to package testcontainers-rs for Fedora and this is blocking me to do so. @thomaseizinger mind taking a look at that and maybe cut a new release getting those back in? Thanks!
