QR codes with binary data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. QR codes that contains raw binary data are not detected at all. Example:

binaryQRcode

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to access the raw data in QR codes when they are not utf8.

Describe alternatives you've considered none at the moment (sorry)
