DetailedChargeState value is wrong

Reported DetailedChargeState value is wrong Sometimes it gets stuck in DetailedChargeStateStarting

for me, it sometimes says DetailedChargeStateDisconnected even though the charger is connected.

however, these are correct:

ChargePortDoorOpen = true
ChargePortLatch = ChargePortLatchEngaged
