Charge Cost pulling Added vs used

So I am not sure what portion of the code sets the cost, but I just calculated my latest charge and the cost is the charge energy added not the charge energy used. From some of the code I did find, it was the greatest of the 2, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

Used cost per kWh = 0.0554005579912316 Added cost per kWh = 0.0569438754608767

My set cost per kWh at this location = 0.0567 so it has to be using added.

I see it's set properly in locations.ex so not sure where else that value is created.

This may be intended behavior, since in #684 it was mentioned that the "Used" value is calculated by TeslaMate and is only there to give a relative efficiency estimate.

I also found this behavior. For me, it makes more sense to use the used energy to calculate the cost. My place is cold in winter. And the charger I use often is outside. From time to time, when I precondition the car before I leave, it would consume about 2-3% of the energy. That is about 10% for me, since my average energy added is about 25%.

I just created a copy of the "Charges" Grafana dashboard with the query edited to use the "Used kWh" instead of the "Added kWh".
