Add analyzers to csc.rsp?

From https://forum.unity.com/threads/suggesting-solutions-for-serializefield-warning.962112/#post-6300914 what do you think about adding analyzers to csc.rsp to make them show also in unity console?

Not sure about csc.rsp but it seems like that command (or Microsoft.Unity.Analyzers) doesn't work by default in Unity 2020.1 but should in 2020.2.

That's kind of cool.

A random note about analyzers; Unity has added native support for analyzers in 2020.2 https://docs.unity3d.com/2020.2/Documentation/Manual/roslyn-analyzers.html

The only quirk at the moment is I couldn't get the ruleset to work, which makes it a bit useless for me. Maybe this has been fixed since I last tried though.
