Can i do something to stick HOME button/menu option ?

Hi, your template is awesome:) But when i read article and move it down i see % of article but HOME button stays top and i can not click on it fast to go my homepage or other menu options. How can i handle this?

Also, when i add sticky sidebar and use thic plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-table-of-contents/#installation on desktop all is ok but on phone table of contents is on bottom page, after article. Shoud it be like that?
