Anyone have light head rcnn config file in voc data?

I got a slow training speed on GPU 1080ti , Speed: 1.96 samples/sec(r-fcn I got 2.5 samples/sec) ,if there is any problems?

I understand, resnet101 version have high accurate and xception version have high speed.
