renders: Investigate using MathML when Chrome hits version 111 or so

MathML is slated to hit Chrome stable in 109. Once we're like 2 versions past that, it should be reasonable to use it in D2 and assume most people either have a browser that support it or ask them to upgrade.

The support is pretty good other than that. https://caniuse.com/mathml . Notably, Safari and Firefox desktops are all supported. No Edge, but not a big deal. Also no mobile, which would be not great for playground & shared diagrams.
