Add VitePress plugin to community plugins.

This PR adds VitePress Plugin to the list of community plugins in the readme.

Trying out writing some docs using VitePress I noticed there was no plugin for D2, so thought I would write one!

It is available on NPM with a demo hosted using GitHub pages.
