What software are you requesting to be packaged? VPKEdit - A library and CLI/GUI tool to create, read, and write several pack file formats https://github.com/craftablescience/VPKEdit

Describe the motivation VPKEdit is an alternative to the much older and abandoned GCFScape, while also being Linux native (unlike GCFScape, which had to be run through Wine). It is currently packaged for Debian and Arch, however the standalone build works just fine on Fedora.

Additional context There is both a GUI and CLI build, which would probably be fine being packaged together. I've also opened an issue on their tracker about an rpm build here: https://github.com/craftablescience/VPKEdit/issues/118
