Add curl_cffi as a dependency of yt-dlp

curl_cffi is an optional dependency of yt-dlp and allows for TLS impersonation which enables downloading from sites like Vimeo, among others. It is included in yt-dlp's official builds, and isn't found by the Terra built version if installed via pip.

It'd be great if it was included with yt-dlp-git, perhaps along with the other optional dependencies listed at the link above.

hi! after some digging, curl_cffi has a dependency on python3-certifi, which fedora packages an extremely outdated version of in 41 and lower.

the best i can do is package curl_cffi for terra 42 and higher
