[BUG] Failing Rawhide/F42 builds.

Multimedia packages are failing on Rawhide builds on various arches. We will need a mass rebuild when F42 branches off due to library and other package differences. All packages build on F41 and below, this is a Rawhide issue.

Packages failing thus far:

• x264 and ffmpeg (x86_64)
  • Failing due to rubberband soname bump
• x265 (i686)
  • Failing on GCC/G++ build systems
  • Workaround in place
• mjpegtools (i686)
  • Failing on GCC/G++ build systems
  • Workaround in place
• ipu6-camera-hal
  • Failing on GCC/G++ build systems with -Werror=alloc-size-larger-than=
  • Workaround in place
