When I Add 2 remote, the package would not refresh

Is that a bug? I post the webhook request with curl -X POST http://localhost/webhook/25/receive, then I received 200. But It does not refresh my packages. I don't know why. When I just use one remote account, it works well.

And the log file resque.log I could not find any error message.

the job is running.
