Add sample for HA VPN with DNS Hub on-prem connectivity

  • add some documentation/sample code around how to connect DNS Hub to on prem using VPN

We will be adding the code for the additional VPN connection to our Landing Zone. Is it ok to make a PR for the update?

Is there an update on this?

Similarly, I don't see a vpn.tf.example file in 3-networks-dual-svpc/envs/ according to this README

Also, the use of the HA VPN module, according to the README above doesn't seem to match up with the README here.

If I am missing something, please let me know.
