I didn't find any exemple on how to use a custom scaling policy, using default one is to slow because tje cloudwatch alarm is 3 datapoint over 3 minutes pour the CPU and 15 minutes for Memory. Is there a way to define my own scaling policy and even use Step scaling ?

Thanks for the help and for your job, if the issue can also result an update of the exemples of the module it could be great for other people using it.
